J. Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).

Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution.


K. Inferences drawn from other personal information.

Profiles reflecting preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.


Please note that personal information excludes:

  • Publicly available information from government records
  • De-identified or aggregated consumer information
  • Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as health or medical information under HIPAA, personal information governed by sector-specific privacy laws, and certain other exemptions.

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from various sources, including direct interactions with clients, website activity, third-party interactions, publicly available information, and employee records.
